Brilliant! It's not just about the exercises but understanding the 'why' behind them. This book has been a game changer for me.

Great for a beginner: As a complete beginner, at first I was overwhelmed. But this book guided me through the basics in a very structured way. It's perfect for anyone starting out.

The Power of Mr. Yellow: I like the anatomical yellow man and he was the main reason I bought the book. His illustrations make understanding the exercises and their effects on the body much easier.

I think the routines should be the backbone of the book

I think the routines should be the backbone of the book. The most viewed pages. So everything have to stem from there. Having the routines at the end and the explanation of each exercise 50 pages away is a pain.
Another thing is the quality of the routine images. I have to zoom in a lot to see clearly and everything looks blurry. I would split each level of the routines in a single page so it's easier to read and understand.
