I started the journey from the beginner level. This is my initial review on the first routines.
The issues I noticed:
- Lack of warmup exercises or direction on them. There are only warmups listed for the pull ups section.
- Unreasonable expectations for beginners: It is insane to expect a beginner in pull ups to do 3 sets of 1 minute hanging on the bar.
-The compilation for push up exercises seem very straining on the elbows and wrists at the beginning.
The good points:
- The exercises are well presented and easy to follow.
- It is well divided in each section
- It is good to have a progression chart for each group.
It would be great if it didn't have those issues holding it back.
