It’s obsessed! 😍

This playbook is exactly what I need. I was an ego lifter in the past and was going about fitness the completely wrong way. Calisthenics has become my safe place and I love seeing how strong I can get by just using my body. I’ve only recently started using the tips and guides in this book and I can see and feel my growth each and every day.
