It's a really helpful book! For beginners... I was already good in the push/pull parts, so I'm only using it for legs, but my goal was beginning to advance in calisthenics, so I'm a little disappointed in the 19$ spent...

Best progression detail! Helpful and Detailed

This book is a great breakdown of three basic exercises and multiple variations. There's both written descriptions and visuals for folks who work better one way or the other.

The reason I purchased it is because it has a great level progression from the most basic version to the most extreme version of each exercise. For instance, for pushups, it starts with just a plank and a few basic pushups and goes all the way to a one-handed pushup, with clear guides, timing, tempo, and notes on when to progress from one level to the next. It's great to have a clear path on how to progress towards more difficult exercises.

This book has been helping me a lot

It is not the first time I've tried to start working out. Because of lack of structure or a roadmap in the past, I always ended up leaving it. But this time is different, the guides and routines presented in this book have helped me to create a routine and make it a habit, while also showing me proper form to keep me injury free. I'm always coming back to it because I'm still learning, and it seems like this book will keep me company for a while, because I got a long road ahead.
The way things are explained make it easy to follow, not just the images (that are the main focus and help a ton), but also the written explanations. It helps me understand what muscles I'm working, how I'm working and why I'm working them. 10/10 totally worth it.
