Learning in comic book style

Honestly i love this book. I was scared it would've been a lot of text and i would just lost reading motivation because of it. But the amount of text is actually great and tells you precisely what you need to know. The illustrations are clear and helpfull and help bring life to the information in the text. You can see exactly what you need to focus on and what is right and wrong. As a beginner in this hobby/sport, lost in all the tuturials an possibilities,I find this book clear and progressfull. And i would love there to be one with more actual calisthenics excercises and fun challanges.

If you like comic books, learning and calisthenics this one is must have in my opinion

The title wasn't even telling that its a book for showing skills only

Why there is no workout program to follow? Just showing how to do the skills is not enough. You can search and master these skills for free. Nothing special about this book. Try to make a consistent content next time.

The book does include a workout routine section, which you can find starting from page 98. This section is designed to help you structure your training and progress with the skills shown in earlier chapters.
