The most fun way to learn calisthenics(and never quit again)

We don't believe in motivation.

Motivation got you to buy running shoes. Twice.

What actually works is stupidly simple: a workout that's already waiting, a score that keeps itself, and a little yellow dude who roasts your rest days but never misses one of yours.

Show up. That's the whole job.

So we built the thing that makes showing up easy. Consistency does the rest.

HANDS-FREE

The Yellow Dude trains with you

He demos every rep with better form than yours, counts your tempo, and waits - your phone stays on the floor, because your hands are busy.

THE FUN

This is the part where you go bananas

Training that doesn't feel like homework - a cheeky coach mid-set, and little home-screen widgets that talk trash and drag you back for one more set.

PROGRESSION

Chase the move. The muscle follows.

Every skill has a ladder, from your first push-up to moves people film. Climb at your pace and watch the work fill in your body map.

Fair questions

When does it launch?

November. The waitlist hears the exact day first.

I've never trained before. Is this for me?

Especially you. Level 1 assumes nothing, onboarding places you, and every movement has an easier version one tap away. Around here, easier is progress.

What's in version one?

The full Calisthenics Playbook, executed: push, pull, and squat routines with five levels each, the animated exercise library with form cues, workout logging with a body effort map, and a builder for your own workouts.

How long is a workout?

As long as you want it to be. Follow the program's sessions, or build your own from the full library - a five-minute burner between meetings still counts. Nobody's checking your watch.

Do I need equipment?

No. Floor, wall, and you. A pull-up bar when the pull track sends you looking for one, and a yoga mat if your elbows complain.

iPhone only?

Yes - iOS at launch.

Android?

On the roadmap. iPhone first, done properly.

Is it a subscription?

Yes - $12.99/month, which comes to $155.88 a year. The First 1000 pay $98 once for year one, then $9.99/month for as long as they stay - $3 a month less than everyone else, forever. It never goes up on you.

What exactly do The First 1000 get?

Year one of the app, the digital Push Pull Squat playbook to train with while we build, all six wallpapers, a permanent First 1000 badge, and beta access before launch - $200 of it for $98. No trial on this one: you pay in full through the Yellow Dude shop today, and the refund promise below covers you. At launch you sign in with the same email and everything unlocks.

What if I pay and regret it?

Full refund any time before launch day, no questions. And after launch: train for 30 days, and if your logged reps haven't gone up since day one, full refund too. The app keeps the receipts.

Is this the playbook in an app?

It's the playbook with the thinking removed. Same progressions - but the app tells you what's next, counts your tempo, times your rest, and keeps the log.

Ready when you are
