I bought it to learn how to increase the amount of pull up reps. you did a You tube video which I thought was excellent so i bought the book to follow your method but it was not in there and that was disappointing.

If you're aiming to increase pull-up reps, here’s a quick tip:

Use progressive overload to train 2–3 times a week, slowly increase your weekly volume, and avoid hitting failure every session. You can also mix in band-assisted pull-ups, negatives, or even use a weight vest for added resistance once you're comfortable. Then cycle back to bodyweight for higher reps. It’s a simple way to break plateaus.

Not a clear Product title.

Well, the books themselfs are great, good quality, grwat drawings and design and the material is of good quality too. The only issue that i had was, i thought it was gonna be 3 seperate books. One abpit push, one about pull, and legs. Because why else would anyone order the same book 3 times. For me it wasn't clear enough that it would be the same book 3 times and when receiving the package i thought about sending it back and getting a refund but i decided against it. I would appreciate if you could make it more clear so that no missunderstanding can happen in the future. But other then that everything was very good.
