I bought from Amazon. Does that count?
No. Amazon orders don't sync with our system. To get access, grab anything $1+ from the Yellow Dude or Gravgear store directly.
I bought from Gravgear, not Yellow Dude. Do I get access?
Yes. Gravgear counts. Email us at hello@yellowdude.com with a screenshot of your order and we'll get you in.
Wait, this is free?
Yes. It's not a paid membership. It's a perk for being a customer. You already bought something. That's your ticket in.
I don't want to buy anything. Can I just pay for access?
No. Access isn't for sale. It's a free perk for customers. You have to buy something to get in.
I checked out as a guest. How do I get access?
Create an account using the same email you used at checkout. Then follow the steps above.
What if I refunded my order?
Access is removed automatically. Buy again ($1+) and it comes back.
I joined but I see a blank server or nothing loads.
You're in limbo. Either no qualifying purchase on file or a mismatch in the system. Tag the team in the server and someone will sort it out.
Can I share my link with a friend?
No. The link is tied to your account. They need their own purchase to get in. That's the whole point.
What if someone's being a dick?
They get kicked. We're keeping this space clean. No warnings for obvious bad behavior.
