Where do you ship to?

We ships globally. Free shipping when you spend $100 or more. Otherwise $15 flat shipping rate.

Do delivery drivers need my signature to deliver goods?

In many places, delivery drivers might leave packages at the doorstep without needing a signature as part of contactless delivery. It’s best to be available to receive your delivery and check the package when it arrives. If you see any issues, don’t open it and let us know right away.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible at support email. We’ll try to update it if the order hasn’t been shipped yet. Remember, we’re not responsible if the address was entered incorrectly.

Once the item is shipped, we can’t do anything, and it will be your responsibility.

What are the shipping costs?

Spend $100 or more for free shipping, otherwise $15 flat rate.

Order not received?

If you haven’t received your order on time, contact us at support email. We’ll help track it down and make sure you get it quickly.

All orders take 3-5 business days to process. Shipping time to you depends on your regions.

What if my order includes a pre-order item?

If your order contains a pre-order item, the entire order will be shipped together once the pre-order item is ready.

If you’d like to receive the available items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order for them.

What else do I need to know?

Your parcel may be delivered to a nearby PUDO (pick-up/drop-off) point if no one’s home. You’ll usually receive an email or SMS from the local postal service.

Please collect your parcel promptly to avoid it being returned to us. If the parcel is returned due to missed collection, we’re happy to resend it, but a second shipping fee will apply.
